Privacy and control
You decide what it can do
What ChatGPT can access. Your invoices, quotes, clients and totals in the Zen account you approved. It can create drafts and clients and mark invoices paid.
What it can't do. Send anything to your clients, delete data, or see other Zen accounts.
Where your data goes. When you ask about your invoices, Zen sends the answer to ChatGPT so it can reply. Whether OpenAI may use your chats to improve its models depends on your ChatGPT settings (Settings → Data controls). See our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect anytime. In Zen, open More → AI assistants and tap Disconnect, or remove the app in ChatGPT.
